Can a reverse cell search find any number?
December 31, 2008 9:17 am TechnologyCell phone numbers are stored in a number of databases usually owned by telemarketing companies. Cell phone numbers can also sometimes be stored as a result of applications for credit cards. How a reverse cell search works is a service provider will access a database, and output the corresponding data with the cell phone number. The catch is that not every service provider has the same database, meaning some providers are more efficient and capable than others. My suggestion for choosing a cell search service is to google a number of reviews on different providers, then going with the general consensus.
