Are Siebel systems for CRM easy to use?

I am trying to find an easy to use CRM system that I can put in place quickly with minimal fuss or interruption. I have heard that Siebel systems are good, so I am trying to find out whether they are easy to set up and use as well. I am hoping that I can find some customer reviews that will tell me what people thought of the systems and how well they have worked out for them. That way I can figure out what can be easily done with these systems and what might be outside the realm of possibility.
