It is not often but ever now and them some estate assets go unclaimed. whether the decedent had no family and a large estate or some other particular situation, often times the state is left with these unwanted possessions. I have seen $100,000 vehicles sold for pennies on the dollar, homes being sold at bargain basement prices, and the list goes on and on. While it may seem a bit macabre to look for bargains from dead persons possessions, a deal is a deal.
