Short sale info thats very readable

I am a loan officer and I wrote this article because there are many first time home buyer out there trying to buy a short sale . They get super frusterated because they had no idea how hard it was going to be. I decided that thepublic needed to know the truth about what to expect. How can a buyer make a good choice without knowing up front what might or probably will happen?
