Do I Need RegCure?

So a couple of days ago, I ran into a program online called regcure. This program basically cleans, fixes and protects your registry files, ensuring your computer stays in good working condition. Now my computer has been running slow as of late, and I was wondering if that could be part of it. My son likes to download stuff on here, and I think that maybe his little games or songs might be bogging it down. I’m kinda clueless here and I don’t know if I need to buy this software or just have a technician come look at my computer.
