I’ll have the shrimp, please!

You can have it battered and deep fried, with coconut, chilled with a squeeze of lemon and some cocktail sauce or even with pasta. When I was trying to find a shrimp pasta recipe, I was faced with several possibilities. For a light and summery salad, small shrimp with some sweet peas, celery and onion, mixed up with a light mayonnaise dressing and some angel hair pasta is just great. On the other hand, if you use jumbo shrimp, you could use a more hearty pasta and make it a more filling dish. As far as I am concerned, no matter how you cook it, shrimp is always a treat!
