Eating Breads That Have Fiber and Protein

Today I woke up very late. I actually woke up at 11 30 am and felt like sleeping more. So I woke up and ate a very good breakfast. Once or twice a week I like to eat for breakfast breads that are high in fiber and protein. I also like to drink a nice healthy juice. 

After I ate the breakfast, I did some chores. I had a lot of chores to do in my house. I cleaned my room that was a total mess. I also organized a lot of papers and clothes that I had on the floor. So that took me a while.
