Alli review - side effects of Alli

As you’ve probably seen from looking around the Internet, a lot of reviewers have been complaining about the side effects of using the new fat blocker Alli.  The most commonly cited side effect was gas and diarrhea.

The diarrhea occured mainly in users who continued to eat a lot of fats while using Alli.  And in this alli review, the reviewer claims that limiting fat intake will reduce the somewhat embarrassing side effects.

It seems pretty clear that Alli is a powerful drug, and as such carries significant risks that have to be managed.  I’m personally going to avoid it, and suggest that you look elsewhere for a weight loss supplement.
