Where to move in Highlands Ranch Colorado?

So I’m thinking about buying a home in Highlands Ranch. My favorite seems to be the Firelight neighborhood in Highlands Ranch.  It seems to have homes in all price ranges, and is close to everything.  I’m also a big fan of exercise & the outdoors so I like the rec center that is right there, and the miles & miles of walking trails.

I’m probably looking in the $250,000 to the $300,000 price range, and I realize I’m probably best off with a townhome/condo, but I would really love to be able to get into a house and have my own yard.  Does anyone have a suggestion of any other neighborhoods that might work for me?
