My mom passed away when I was young and I always wandered how my dad was able to afford the necessities of life. As I got older he would mention life insurance and I would finally understood that was how he provided the little extras for me and my siblings. When I was old enough and in college I decided to look up term life insurance quotes. I knew that life insurance may come in handy later in life. When I got married and started my own family I made sure that my husband had life insurance as well. I know my dad would have made it with the life insurance but it helped financially in the long run.
